Hit the Cradle yesterday for the first time. With bike lanes and loads of cyclists, it really is a great place to ride. Needless to say I was the only one out there on a BMX. Many of the aforementioned cyclists almost fell off their multi geared and lightweight bikes at the sight of this man-child rocking out on one gear!

Expresso Show Shoot
Ha..HAHA
So yesterday I did a shoot with USN for the SABC3 morning show Expresso! Normally I think people take it all quite serious like but thanks to The Cows I was afforded the opportunity to dress up in a cow suit. Udders exposed – it was all kinds of classic! Check out some of the pics that Doug from Trigger Monkey took of the shoot and stay posted so that I can let you know when it airs. This first pic is awesome – I can’t see where I am going – probably good that I figure that out now! Or maybe just refrain from popping wheelies…
