Ryan Meiring partnered with “The Cows” in a crazy effort to raise awareness and funds for CHOC by riding a single speed BMX from Cape Town to Johannesburg (1500 km) in 18 days completing 220 km on his last day of riding.

He now has a new challenge:

2 Races in 2 days – 150 km on a BMX! Ryan will be riding in both the 94.7 Cycle Challenge and the 94.7 Mountain Bike race which occur one week apart. He will be doing the 55 km Mountain bike race on Sunday the 10th of November and the 95 km road race on Sunday the 17th of November! Crazy ha!? Not as crazy as doing both on a single speed BMX!

Yes that’s right Ryan will be doing a total of 150 odd km in 2 days, dirt and road, on a one gear BMX. Boom!

He is not doing this for nothing though – he needs you to help him justify the craziness by donating to his cause and helping him raise even more money for CHOC.
