For your reference the following colors are acceptable for print. The ones that follow the first set are not and will cause scanning issues. Why do you want to complicate your life with issues. To live a simple and efficient barcode enlightened life, only use the first set of colors for your barcodes. It is all about contrast people – black and white has the most contrast (opposite ends of the color scale you see) and that’s why you mostly see black and white barcodes attaching themselves to products. Stick to options with the greatest contrast – that is our advice and 2 cents worth.
