On some of our services you have the ability to submit photo’s with your barcode scan submission. If the camera on your smart device is set to take pictures on high resolution, some delays in receiving your scans online may be introduced. We would suggest dropping the resolution setting on your smart device camera before submitting scans on services like our Fixed Asset Register and Temp Staff Track, to speed up their functioning.
